Experiencing a Different Variety of Agriculture

Here in Northeast Ohio there are a variety of great family activities throughout the summer. Last Saturday, our family took part in one of those offerings at a local farm. This farm doesn’t raise animals like ours, they raise wine grapes. We attended the 31st Annual Hot Air Balloon Rally at Debonne Winery

This family-friendly event featured the wonderful wine and beer they make at Debonne, food, a band, a kids carnival and sky divers in addition to the hot air balloons. We parked our lawn chairs and picnic blanket in the grass along with the other visitors and took in all that this beautiful country vineyard had to offer. Of course, we enjoyed some cheese & bread with our wine!
