Congrats on your new endeavor! While we are not in the position to do any on farm processing our neighbor has a nice side cheese business on his dairy. Best of luck to you and Rowdy Cow Creamery.

ReplyDeleteThank you Michele! I'm excited about this new adventure. It's great to hear from you!
DeleteIce cream too?
ReplyDeleteWe're starting with milk, but might expand our product line to include ice cream and/or butter in the future.
DeleteHi Brenda! I'm so excited for you & your family! Will you have homogenized milk or "cream top"?
ReplyDeleteThanks Julie. We're offering whole, non-homogenized "cream on top" milk. That's one of the features that our makes our milk different. I hope people will try it, like it and come back for more!
